CongrUS mission is to provide the forum to select a single candidate from each congressional district based upon their intellectual foundation, experience and commitment to intelligent legislative change to compete against the Democratic and Republican congressional candidates. Second to create an open unbiased  system to implement the mechanism of Public opinion data collection and reporting. And third, an organization to manage the campaign process, collect funds and distribute funds to finance the organization and campaign costs.
